Sunny Cyprus Holiday Villa - Welcome!

The holiday villa in Cyprus is situated 500 yards from the sea in Kato Paphos, Cyprus, and is a detached property, with front and rear patios, and two bedrooms.

The lounge/dining room is open plan, and has a dining table with 6 chairs. There is a TV and DVD player and a CD player in the living room.

The front patio also has a table and 4 chairs for alfresco dining, it is east facing so you can have your breakfast as the sunrises. The kitchen is furnished with a fridge, cooker, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle, and all utensils.

The rear patio has a large sunbathing deck which has padded sunloungers, and is an enclosed area with a high fence to give extra privacy. This patio is west facing and perfect for afternoon sunbathing.

The gardens are planted with hibiscus, bougainvillea, oleander and Jasmine bushes, and an orange tree.

The villa has full air-conditioning, and each bedroom has air-conditioning too.

One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds.

The bathroom has a full size bath and shower. The water is heated by solar power, and there is an additional immersion heater.
