Cyprus Villa Availability:
Please check on our Cyprus Villa availability before making a booking for Cyprus flights as availability changes regularly.

Terms:
Bookings: All bookings must be accompanied by a cheque for £100 GBP made payable to Mr.D.M.Evans as a deposit, at least 5 working days after booking, full and final payment is due by cheque 60 days prior to departure, failure to make full and final payment within this time will result in a non refund of the deposit and a cancellation of the booking.

Late offers and discounted offers must be paid in full within 30 days of booking or sooner if the departure date is within 30 days.

All bookings must be accompanied by the names and addresses and phone numbers of all those travelling, which is a maximum of six persons. All bookings will be confirmed within 24 hours of cheque clearance.

Damage and key deposit. A £100 refundable deposit is requested at time of final balance payment. This is refundable on the understanding that no damage has been caused or keys lost. Any damage in excess of £100 you will be billed for.

Sorry credit cards not accepted, this is due to the 10% fee I have to pay.

Pets:
No pets allowed.

Toddlers and babies:
Due to the steep incline of the staircase, and tiled flooring, the villa is unsuitable for babies of toddlers under the age of four.

Flights:
Flights are not included in the prices, and the availability of flights must be checked before bookings are placed.

Insurance:
You are responsible for your own travel insurance, this is not included in the price of the rental.

Transfers:
Taxis and transfers are not included in the rental. Transport is your own responsibility.

Food:
Food is not included in the price of the rental. The rental is to rent on a self catering basis.

Key and Damage Deposit:
A £100 key and damage deposit is payable at the time of booking, this will be refunded after your return back to you by cheque after your return home and after the villa has been inspected by the property management company based in Cyprus.

Bookings:
All bookings are taken on the understanding that the information of the terms and conditions are agreed and understood, and all bookings are made on the agreement that you have fully read all the terms and conditions and accept and agree with them. By making a booking, you are in full agreement with the terms and conditions.

Rental Notes:
Prices are for the villa and not per person for up to 4 persons. More than 4 persons add £60 per extra person per week. A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking within 5 days of booking, (non refundable) balance 10 weeks before departure. Special or late offers must be paid for by deposit within 3 days & the remainder within 30 days of booking and prior to departure. Bookings are taken on the understanding that the information of the terms & conditions are agreed & understood. 15% Discount available booking 14 days or more.

Cancellations:
Any cancellation or change to the booking made within 62 days of departure will not be entitled to a refund. Dates can not be altered once booked and paid in full.
